Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Child Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. All children from 3 to 10 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All children from 10 to 14 years are charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
